Budgets: Streamlining User-Focused Finance Solutions

Budgets is an upcoming roadmap feature on the Manage My Cash Flow account, on the Secure Retail Canadian Banking Platform at the Bank of Montréal. It helps users track their spending and manage their finances more effectively. The goal of this project was to design an intuitive, user-friendly interface that encourages users to adopt better financial habits.

To address this challenge further, I introduced the product team to the idea of conducting a workshop to understand how to imagine how this new feature would seamlessly integrate into the Money Management platform.
