Corporate Onboarding - Ledn Inc.

At Ledn, there are a few different types of accounts that users that can sign up for. The main ones are personal and business accounts. There is an existing onboarding experience for personal users but setting up accounts for entities that required business services was a manual and lengthy process.

To combat this problem, I took a step back to analyze how Ledn can better elevate this experience. I reviewed competitors and gathered insight from our client success team.

The design outcome and solution from this problem is a corporate onboarding experience that allows customers interested in signing up for a business account complete their tasks without having to send emails back and forth.
